Clear Your Shelf Giveaway Hop

Hi, all, Sher here with a box of my used books from children's through adult, mostly classic SF and fantasy paperbacks I've kept for years with some newer titles thrown in. Depending on the size of the books the winner chooses, it will take between 10 and 20 books to fill the boxes I use. Thanks to Kathy at I Am a Reader for giving me this chance to clean out without feeling sad. Because my loss will be your gain!

The winner will receive enough paperback books to fill a large USPS priority box, although I'll ship via media mail. I have hundreds of books to choose from, most of the ones from last year. I still haven't photographed my books by authors with names in the upper part of the alphabet. So if you want some books for adults not pictured in this post, please ask. Also, keep in mind that I already sent a box of books from among the children's books, mostly middle grade and YA pictured here

Now for the hard part, which is making sure you comment using the same ID you used to follow my blog whether by GFC or Networked Blogs, the only two ways I know about to verify followers. Unfortunately, I disqualify some people chosen by Rafflecopter almost every giveaway because I can't verify whether they followed my blog. I usually don't have hours to spend that way. I'm still stuck in a temporary rental house due to paperwork errors on the house hubby and I contracted to buy last year. By the time this hop is over, we might be moving into our new house. If so, with over a thousand followers, once again I won't have time to search through the list of faces. Commenting on the blog, not in the Rafflecopter form, using your blog follower ID is my one and only easy way to verify the winning entry.  Thanks for understanding!

Besides other conditions in the Rafflecopter form, the winner will need to provide me a list of twenty or so books, and I'll find as many as I can from this list among all the boxes stored in the garage. If I'm pressed for time, I'll choose more within the same genre until the box is full and ready to ship via media mail.

Oh, don't forget to scroll through the last few posts for open giveaways. Good luck!

  3. I always use my google id to comment anywhere. It is so much easier to just have one. Besides that way everyone eventually knows who I am. So I follow you on GFC as Elle. Google+ is Elle Perry. Twitter is Elleberra. So I'm everywhere.

I would love to have all those Allen Dean Foster books. I like Orson Scott Card too. And just about any of the others would be interesting. Some I have already read but I wouldn't mind rereading them if it came to that.

    1. Oh, I sometimes forget what it's like starting out. GFC stands for Google Friend Connect, and you don't have to worry about it on Wordpress or a standard website vs. on Blogger. You might use Bloglovin and Networked Blogs to send people notice of your blog posts instead.
